ACT INTENSIVE COURSE

(for the March 10th, 2026 In School test)

Note: This test is for juniors who are taking the in school ACT on March 10th or for any student wishing to take an intensive course.

COURSE DATES & TIMES:

Sunday, March 8th, 2026 - 1:00pm - 4:30pm

AND 5:30pm - 8:30pm

Monday, March 9th, 2026 - 4:30pm - 8:00pm

This comprehensive three-session course is designed to help students prepare for the ACT given in school for juniors, or students who have schedule restrictions and prefer an abbreviated class.  The class will cover both subject content and strategies for all four areas (English, Reading, Math and Science).  Strategies include time management and testing tips.  

STUDENTS SHOULD PURCHASE THE OFFICIAL ACT PREP GUIDE 2025-2026 (RED BOOK) FOR USE IN CLASS. 

(This can be ordered on Amazon or purchased locally at Barnes & Noble) Students should also bring pencils/pens and calculators.  

Snacks will be provided during break time. 

NOTE:  Students who have determined that the science section will not benefit their overall desired score will be released early from class with parental permission.

NOTE:  Registration for the course does NOT register you for the test!  You must register separately for a testing location unless you are taking the in school test for juniors.  The ACT is nationally standardized and must be registered for only through the act.org website.
